Hey guys, I have baked a normal map in Toolbag and all looks great. I bring it into Painter and now I have some black areas in the normal map in the viewer and once the new maps are exported? There are no overlapping meshes at all and I have checked the masks to make sure there's no conflict.

This is very frustrating. Anyone have any ideas at all?

Update:
Solved the issue. Turned out Painter didn't like having the normal channel switched on for the Steel Rough material whilst having 'zero' as a value. Disabling the normal channel OR increasing the value solved the error. Very strange.
anything * 0 = 0 = black
which rather suggests the steel rough material is a bit shit
Very strange. I was able to narrow it down easily enough but very weird lol.
