This is a sword from FFX, that I model only in maya.
And I'm in doubt, I don't know how to continue....
How many polygons (tris) need to have this model to look good and to be competitive for a portfolio? In 2022 the retopology for games AAA how cuold it looks? Need support edges along hard-edges?
And in the end I want to go for textures obviously!!!

Hi Guys!
I was going for texturing when, after the bake made in Marmoset, I imported all the maps in Substance painter and oooppssss....PROBLEMS!
Normal map in marmoset is ok, but in substance painter look like in the 2Β° Image, How could I fix this error? Thanks in advance!!! ππ
