NFT Project Looking for an animator/rigger for a character to make animations with it

We are looking for someone who can join our team as a 3D animator/rigger and rig/animate our character. The project will launch in a month and we can offer % from the project to the artist who joins us. The team fully transparent.
WE CAN'T PAY FOR THAT, only can offer the %. (Project value around $1 million, so just 1% for example can give you $10k.)
After launch we have big goals, build an AR app, etc. So it can be a long-time job opportunity after launch.
