I've been struggling in this part of models when it's time to UV, and I've already finished a bunch of models, but I am still not convince on how I UV this part, I'm done running, I need answers 😅.
Depends. 2, 3 and 4 are the only usable ones you've posted. You Could even make 2 contiguous by welding those bevels together post-initial unwrap, but those three are fine as is.
Don't hurt your head too much by trying to make perfect UVs. All 4 of these are okay, especially if you're using a texture painting software like Substance.
I'm not sure what you're trying to make. But if you try to be a perfectionist on a very simple model like this, you might carry that habit on more complex models.

2 but contiguous is my go to, especially if it's beveled, shallow, or less than 90 degree cuts.

1 is garbage
2 or 3 are ok
4 is like 3 but harder to pack - so just do 3
I'd choose 3 but I wouldn't reject 2 if someone handed it to me for review
