How to export Maya FBX into Blender

I'm not very good with 3D stuff and this is the most I've having trouble with. I've been trying to export this model from Maya after fixing the weight painting into Blender. It works perfectly fine in Maya, however, whenever I export it as an FBX, the model continues to import improperly no matter what I try to do to it do amend the situation.

This is how to continues to import like. But when it's in Maya, it's perfectly fine.

How do I fix this? I'm trying to use this model for VRChat.
