Hey everyone! This is my first Unreal Engine 5 project. This scene is lit with 100% realtime lighting taking full advantage of Unreal Engine 5 latest advancements of Lumen & Global Illumination and Virtual Shadow Maps. There are zero Light Bakes in this scene. Almost every material has been updated and tweaked. All color grading done within Unreal Engine 5.
Learned A LOT about Lumen and how far it can be pushed in general (emissive lighting can be very tricky!) Had to get pretty comfortable with the updated console commands for Lumen and Virtual Shadow Maps but I cannot wait for the full production version of Unreal Engine 5 to drop!
