Hello everyone! Benny here from Arcane Minis.

I am looking to hire 1-2 sculptors for 2 new projects we are working on. We are looking for people with
3D Sculptors Requirement
1. Excellent communication skills (must speak English well enough to convey thoughts, themes and understand criteria provide)
2. Have experience in sculpting for 3D printing or, you have enough familiarity with it that you are confident enough
3. You have to be top notch and fast. We need to work with someone who knows what they are doing and can work on agreed timelines. If you're learning or have less than a couple of years in sculpting experience, it's likely that we will go in another direction.
4. You must be creative, invest in your pieces and provide your own feedback on each sculpt. We are not looking for a robot, we want someone to join in the creative process. You will receive full concepts and proper descriptions of each STL needed, but you will have to be able to work well in the team
5. You must have and use Discord. We run operations out of Discord so you would have to join Discord.
Compensation
The people we decide to work with will be compensated based on industry standards. We have a couple of opportunities to offer so please get in touch if the above criteria apply to you.
Please Provide
If you are interesting in applying to work with us, please provide any and all relevant past piece of work that you think may be applicable to what we do / are looking for. Pictures of models you have done, renders, portfolios, etc.
