Please critique my first full character model

This is easily over 100 hours of work and learning,

 After looking at it for so long I need some honest critique from fresh eyes.

It's supposed to be a hybrid style of Disney CGI (Frozen, Rapunzel) and Anime.

Body and harness were sculpted in zBrush. Shirt and skirt were made in Marvelous Designer.
 The body has been re-topologized and I've just started to retopo the clothes using 3DsMax

 Textures are a very rough polypaint in zBrush so I could get an idea for the finished thing before I burnt out on it.

I think I sank the eyes in too much. It doesn't feel like it has any character, just a mannequin with a 1000 yard stare.

    do you have a concept you´re going off? it´s a little harder to critique without knowing what the end resault is supposed to be.
    Is this the highpoly then that we´re looking at? Might be good if you could post a front view, profile and a three quarter of the head.
