Help me find a website I can learn about aesthetics and fashion web design tools

I want to study graphic design and specialize in fashion design. However I seem pretty poor in terms of aesthetics and use of design tools. So I want to find a course that will give more guidance on each operation and program. I can study on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays every week. Please help me find a course at a reputable website.
