Cant figure out my problem tried everything but cant fix. Please Help?

One side of my mesh is reacting weirdly when I Import from Maya to unreal using fbx. the colours seem to reverse and I can't seem to fix it I believe its to do with the mirroring and or normals any advice and help would be deeply appreciated.
