Topology Correction

Hi Y'all,
Could someone let me know how to correct the bit of topology marked on the picture please?
I'm shrink wrapping a flat plane onto a sphere to get this shape.
I first sorted out the topology for a circle and then tried to attach the little piece below, however I'm not sure how to correctly set the new topology all together.
Any help would be appreciated.

Does seem like there're a few more errors around. I put deformed plane into a Subdivision Surface and it's a bit of a mess. What've I got wrong?

Ok, in C4D it's called smooth shading and you can apply it with a Phong tag. Here's a video of how to find it
