[PAID] Ancient buildings and props modelling and texturing

My name is Krzysztof and I'm helping President Studio to find a person (or a company) who would like to help us in creating a city-builder game set in ancient China. We are oferring short to long term partnerships depending on the quality of your work.

What do we need?

3D models of ancient buildings:
  • China themed - real, historical Han and Tang dynasty
  • fully modeled and textured
  • containing the closest environment - props and ground texture
  • based on concept arts and additional documentation fragments

Technical requirements

  • FBX file format
  • Textures we need are: diffuse, normal map and masks (rougness, specular, AO).
  • Opacity mask (if needed) should be included in the alpha channel of the diffuse map.
  • You have to be able to adjust your work to the technical limitations of our project like polygon count and textures' resolution.
