[WIP][UE4] Building a hipster suburb in 3D

Hi all,

I've been spending some time building the suburb of Glebe, Sydney in 3D. It's a coffee culture suburb with hipster vibes lol, but what's best about it is the various colours:

Let me know what you'd think as I'd love some feedback on what to improve / work on!

Also, let me know any suggestions you have of turning this into a game environment?

    Looks great! I don't have time to write a lot, but I will say that some of the modeling and material work look like blockouts to me. For instance, the buildings and windows look blocky and thick, along with their materials looking smooth and flat. Perhaps consider adding more texture to the surfaces and improving the window models.
