Free model request

I would like someone to please make me some 3d models of the circled shapes on page 26 of the attached files for free, as after hours of research on said shape, this is the only result I've found, and I'd love to be able to view it at all angles. I'd need the shape to be viewable using free software, for example microsoft paint 3d, as i have no way to purchase any software for myself.
