I'm excited to finally have found the time to share a work I made for a succesfull art test last christmas, for a 3D artist position on a diablo-like game.
I had a week to produce a jungle environment in blender/unity based on a concept by Ken Tan, under 70k tris (+ another week for feedback with the recruiters).
All assets were made from scratch using blender, substance painter (and designer for the ground mud) and TreeIt for some of the vegetation.
Most leaves, moss, grass and foliage were handpainted.
It was a pretty good challenge for me to make my first organic environment in such small time frame and I'm pretty satisfied with the results
