Blind King - Defender Of The Dark Beasts

Hi Guys, I've been working in this project as a final work of Digital Art Academy with Christopher Cruz from Mexico  and some friends, Using a concept art like a reference, I've chosen the Blind King concept art by Tooth Wu. But I want to make my own version of Blind King, I wish make this  version feels  the same look and universe of the original Blind King  of this amazing artist, I Imagine my version as a kind of dark counterpart or Enemy of this character that defender a skeleton beasts, And both king have a wars with his tribe and wild beasts. 

I've Keep some shapes of the bones and gold parts, but I want to be seen more threatening, fierce, wild, and dark. Now I got the Highpoly in work in progress, I'm working gold parts and straps. If you have some feedback of the process I will be happy for receive help

Hi, I was working in the body of my Blind King, I've change the shape of the face and add hair and beard and paint some patterns in his body, But im not sure this patterns works, maybe I will change for other forms.

Today I was working in blocking the cloth under the armor, and tomorrow I will start with the blocking of the armor bones, and gold parts.

Hi Guys, lately I was working in blocking of some armor bones and gold parts, For my version of this blind king I've changed the shapes of the bones and I removed the skull in the top of the head, But yeah this is the blocking:

Hi, I finished the armor bones, and I made a paintover to make the gold hardsurface, I'll made this parts in Blender I hope this shapes of the ornaments still works.

Nice stuff, how are you doing the inscriptions on the armor, etc? Just masking with UVs?

Hi thank you!! , about the Gold inscriptions or ornaments on the armor, Now is only a paintover in here,  in this moment  I'm still working making this ornaments in Blender, I use retopology and extruct tools to make the basemesh of this ornaments.

Hi Guys, I'm still working on gold hardsurface, I'm doing this ornaments on blender, some shapes changed with respect to the paintover that I made in the before update, because I think some parts wont will works in 3D, If you have some feedback, it would help me.

In the next update I will work on the bones shoes, continue making gold  ornaments.

Hi Guys, it's been a long time and I´ve decided to redesign this character it didn't make me happy the before version, so I was working in Belt-Skull, I've painted tattos on his skin but now it's only a random exploration,I also worked on enhancing the expression of the face, please ignore the blocking cloth, I will work on it in Marvelous Designer. I hope this new redsign works now, if you have some feedback, it would help me.
