I can't close UE4

Hi everyone
i think i have a big big bug in UE4 and the same time is BIG problem for me.
Sometimes UE4 stops and is not responding, so i go to task manager, END TASK but i can't close it,. So, i go to the details to close the process and i can't either. it shows me the message "The Operation could not be completed" and i need to force shutdown the PC everytime that it happens...
