Her arms are far too thin to suggest she is great at holding and wiledingg that spear.  I'd thicken them up with attention to which muscle masses are specifically used.  reference martial artist using staves, etc.

is that her final skin color? something about it feels off to me 

This character has a similar skin tone, and it feels more fleshy, alive... perhaps, if you have time you can take another stab at the skin
