Game Overview
We are currently developing a Multiplayer-Online Battle Arena, with a new take on modernizing combat and verticality, an extremely rich and well-based lore, a competitive fixation with many different means for user appreciation and captivation, and an aesthetically pleasing presentation like no other. There will be a slew of competitive features and game modes, different and unique display methods in-order to capitalize off of the lack of differentiation in the current genre, and other RPG features that will be presented after on-boarding has been completed.

VFX Artist
Responsibilities
- Create, manage and optimize VFX assets
- Collaborate with artists, programmers and animators to iterate, polish and deliver projects
- Optimize VFX effects to fit design and technical constraints
- Maintain and adhere to a consistent art style as required by creative director or project lead
- Provide creative and technical assistance
- Develop, update and optimize workflows and tool chains
- Cultivate an organized and disciplined workflow
Qualifications
- Extensive knowledge of 3DS Max, Maya, Houdini, After Effects or other VFX authoring packages
- A cultivated aesthetic sense and an eye for detail
- Familiarity with rendering engines like V-Ray
- Technical knowledge and expertise in creating visual effects and rendering pipelines
- Sound knowledge of lighting and particle effects
- Ability to interpret and transform abstract ideas into compelling effects
- Experience and knowledge of animation techniques
- A high level of comfort with scripting tools
- Ability to accept feedback and implement suggestions
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver on deadlines
Level Designer
Responsibilities
- Create immersive gameplay scenarios that support and enhance the core mechanics and creative vision of the game
- Guide a multidisciplinary pod to take your levels from concept to final polish
- Ensure a memorable game where form follows function through close collaboration with Level Art, Narrative and other disciplines.
- Collaborate with Game Designers to define and tweak game mechanics.
- As the project progresses, integrate the content produced by other disciplines for your designs into the game engine (new gameplay elements, AI, sound, etc.)
- Conduct gameplay evaluations with the team providing feedback and suggestions to help fine tune and improve the game.
- Locate and fix bugs in both your own and your colleague’s work
- Support the Lead Level Designer in any ad hoc tasks and duties
Qualifications
- Passion for open world level design
- Ability to quickly learn content pipeline and toolset and become a subject matter expert.
- Experience with Unreal Engine, design production tools and level editing pipelines
- Multiplayer game design sensibilities
- Design pipeline/asset optimization skills
- Ability to adapt to changing workflows and tools
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative team environment

2D/3D Concept Artist
Responsibilities
- create quick and detailed drawings and paintings of environments, characters, buildings, vehicles and/or props (including creation of thumbnails and wireframes)
- use traditional and technological approaches to create designs in 2D and 3D through drawing and paintings
- maintain good communication
- be confident using creative programs and technologies e.g. Photoshop, Maya, Painter and SketchUp, etc.
- research topics and information for points of reference and ideas to use in your designs
- create specification sheets, accurately noting dimensions and details for others to follow
Qualifications
- impeccable understanding and ability in artistic fundamentals - such as perspective, composition, color and light theory, form, shape and texture
