Definetly try to avoid a lot of thin polygons. Most of them arent even very visible. About that wrap, try to do one continuous piece instead of multiple rows of polygons. Low poly models dont have to follow the flow of the high poly. Hope this makes sense.
@teodar23 Thank you I will get rid of thin ones now, I was very uncertain because I am hoping to create a hero asset. I felt I was adding too much and I think I have underestimated the power of baking.
I'd recommend making the cloth its own seperate mesh. This means you can break up the model and focus on the individual parts. Get the main areas and details you want to capture first, and then work on connecting them together. I'd also recommend making those edgeloops more evenly spaced, it will make your wireframe both look cleaner, and be easier to work with.
