Fish mooney portrait study [30 min]

Hey everyone, I'd like to ask for critique regarding my portrait study of Fish Mooney [from "Gotham", if anyone's familiar]. I've done this study in 30 minutes, which I dont know if its a good amount of time for a study of any kind or should I bump it up to an hour?

Definitely spend more time with your drawing proportion/relations are all over the place Good exercise to practice proportion/relations is to draw pile of boxes
