[WIP] Pilgrim

Hello everyone!

My name is Alex Alfonso and I'd like to share with you the new project that I'm working on.
I'm going to model this concept from the amazing artist Veronika Kozlov and I'll be posting all the progress here, this project will be for VFX/ Films.

Any critiquescomments and feedback are very APPRECIATED!


  To get started, I've made a moodboard of the concept so I have references to make this piece or at least start it.

When I filnally filled the moodboard with some references I started sculpting/blocking the head of the character from the HeadPlanes_Male_128.zpr in zBrush with Dynamesh to get a base mesh.

Afterwards I made the body to see if the proportions were correct, including all the props.


At this stage I decided to detail a bit more the head, hands and feet, anatomy in general.


  To take a break on zBrush, I've started making the cloths on Marvelous designer and have a base for zBrush.

And that's all I have at the moment.

For the next update I'm going to make the full body retopology, so I have a correct topology for the body and don't have to worry about that anymore.
When all the topology will be correct I'll imporve all the anatomy, especially on hands and feet, so that means that I'll have to adjust the cloths to the new topology.
