UV seams visible on normal map, causing lots of artifacts

Hi,
I'm rather new to Marmoset and 3D modeling in general. I have unwrapped my Rock Mesh in Blender, baked in Marmoset and Textured in Mixer.

I've tried Edge Splitting the UV seams, but that did only make it more noticeable.
I've also cycled through all the different Tangent Space options in Marmoset with no success.

I tried to google this kind of artifact, but none seemed to have a similar problem or similar causes.


Does anyone have any idea what this is and how it can be solved?
