Seamless textures in modern video games

Hi guys!

Does anyone have any good videos of GDC talks or whatever that showcase the use of seamless textures in modern video games? I remember seeing some videos of I think The Division 2 showing their ground textures and generic city buildings but I can't seem to find it again. Any other environment videos are also welcome. I am just interested in the techniques they use when using seamless textures.
