2D anime project freelancers needed

Hi
we are looking for a freelancer who can create our 2d anime show.Let us describe it more specifically.We need freelancers who are professional and who have atleast 3-4 years experience regarding japnese and american style 2d animes.Our anime show quality will be same quality as either avengers assemble 2d anime or pokemon 2d anime.The time duration of our 2d anime will be of 3 minutes long.This is a paid job not unpaid.One more thing we would like to tell freelancers that we cannot give 50% advance payment to any freelancer since we don't have good experience regarding with those freelancers who demands 50-% advance from the start so please don't ask or request for 50% as well as 30% advance as we cannot give this much payment from the start .Budget freelancers can give any proposals they want for doing our this 2d anime trailer of 3 minutes long time duration.If freelancers need storyboards then they will have to prepare storyboards as we cannot help regarding with storyboards from our end.One more thing we would like to tell that we cannot agree for $15000 for 3 minutes 2d anime video as this will be too much for just 3 minutes 2d anime video so proposals must have to be fair and low as we cannot afford any higher budgets.
