My advice would be to forget about textures and rendering for now because there are a number of things to fix in the high poly. Like brian asked earlier, what are your references? And if you´re not using any then I´d start by getting a few. Like grabbing images from a scan like this https://www.3dscanstore.com/3d-head-models/female-head-3d-models/female-01-head-scan-cleaned . Also posting with just a gray material is better for gauging the model rather than textured. good luck
It might be beneficial to get a 3d female head model and place it in your zbrush scene, lay it on top and/or next to your model to see the anatomical errors you currently have. When starting out you won't see the obvious because your eye is not trained well enough resulting in poor decision making/sculpting. If you are having trouble learning through anatomy books and 2d reference, I'd recommend getting 3d scan to look at as anatomy reference. I find that its easier to see mistakes in my own sculpting by looking around a good 3d model.
This is the WIP project the head is for. I think I may call it there for the head for this project and take in all the learning. Most likely be better off with the old self-improvement on the next project.

Right now, your head sculpt is missing a lot of the bony landmarks I'd expect from most faces.
I like this resource as a quick overview of the landmarks to keep in mind.

That's the Zbrush shot of it currently.
How about that
Okay, a lot of changes. Only hair left. How is this.
Yeah, I'm visual reading up won't help me. I have models and books. This is a lot better.
