Nvidia Studio Drivers or Game Ready Drivers for Work/Gaming PC

I am using my PC for Work (Maya, Substance Painter, etc) and Gaming, Ryzen 3600 and 1080ti. Would like to know what drivers you guys are using for Work and Gaming. Since the Studio Driver releases are very lazy (gap of more than 1 to more than 2 months), would like to know if i can use the Game Ready Drivers for work.

Easy as pie : don't worry about updating vidcard drivers until you actually run into an issue.

As for Studio Drivers vs Game Drivers, I'd say just toss a coin, pick one, and if it works for your needs then you're good to go

Agree with Pior. Never change a running system until issues arise, usually from installing a new tool. I was rocking 4 year old Nvidia drivers until recently (in 2014-era Windows 7), hah!).

Thank you for your replies, i will stick to Studio drivers. And avoid upgrading drivers unless there is an issue.

I need to update the drivers a lot cause of GPU rendering.
And i find the Studio Drivers are more stable.

The only difference I recognized so far, is that the Studio Drivers seem to enforce the installation of GeForce Experience. It's a bit weird, since it's optional in the GRD, I would expect it the other way around, if at all.

I dont have Experience installed it hasnt forced me todo so.

I am also using the latest Studio driver without Geforce Experience, it's optional in the installer.

Now you got me confused, so I looked at it again.
You are right, I made the "mistake" to accept the license agreement for both, that seems to be what deactivated the option. Haven't seen that before.

Yes ofcourse why not. I think we all can. All I know is that the studio driver is more stable and will not crash.

I didn't update my GPU drivers until i got a the new Windows 10 2004 update. Game drivers here like always.
