I baked a curvature map and it looks weird. Please help. Resolution is 2048x2048. Modelled in Maya

You need interpolation and anti-aliasing. Also changing your unwrap a bit might also help to battle the aliasing.
Don't have Maya at hand to check where the buttons are, though
