Weird Artifacts when importing Mesh?

I wanted to import my Mesh from Blender as a FBX File in Marmorset Toolbag but idk why my Mesh got weird Artifacts wich shouldn't be there

Here is how the Artifact looks like:

Does the mesh have an n-gon in that area? Try triangulating or turning to quads before export.
