[Maya] Xgen not saving more than 3 descriptions

I'm having an issue where every time I create a 4th description the description is not saved when I exit Maya and reload it. I have created multiple files and restarted 3 times but the same issue keeps coming back. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Any info in the xgen log?

I started over again and cleared out my xgen project files in the default project location. Currently, I'm not having the same issue again I believe it was a dependency issue with an older xgen collection with the same name
