3D Environment Artist for Tower Defense game ?

I'm working on tower defense game similar to "Last Hope: Tower Defense".
I looking for some one to help me to create simple realistic environment.

The kind of environment I want is "Desert and sand".

Environment looks like "Desert Berber" or "Moroccan Desert" were people live in tent,sand houses and caves.
