Portable tablets that can handle 3D software

Do you know if there are any tablets - I mean handheld, portable ones - that can run software like Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, Substance package and so on? I suppose it would have to be Windows 10 tablet. Do you think a $300 tablet has decent enough specs to allow a comfortable work on ~500k vertices or less?

My wacom mobile studio is to weak. It does only work well with zbrush.

Well... If a $1,500 can't handle that stuff, then I guess the answer is no. But then I find something like this https://youtu.be/h6J5dD4H2hA?t=92 and it gets me thinking. Is Blender better at performance?

There is nothing complex on the screen. 

For basic stuff it does work fine even in Maya. But Substance needs a lot of GPU ram. I wont use it as a Workstation replacement.

I don't know about the $300 price range. I have a microsoft surface pro with 1060 GPU that was about $1500 and has handled anything I've thrown at it. But it's not exactly hand held either.
