I've been trying to follow this tutorial to have a displacement map work on my model that I sculpted in ZBrush-

But for some reason it doesn't work.
When I use EXR file the preview in the texture tab remains black and nothing happens.
When I put a TIF file for the displacement the preview window becomes gray and the model changes, but not the way it should.
When I plut a Normal map as a TIF file it gives me a better result, but still not in the way I expected it to work.
What am I doing wrong? Would it be better to import the high poly mesh into Blender and bake a Displacement map there? Is there a better way to create displacement in Blender?
Model has UVs.
