Poly count for a low poly STYLE game

Hello! I'm brand new on 3D modeling, with a modest 3-week experience, but I started a personal project of a simple low poly style tavern for my studies. I've just made some props and I'm fairly satisfied with the results, but one thing is bugging my mind: How much is a "good" poly count for a low poly style game? Ignoring (for now) the performance side a bit, as I'm aiming for a hypothetical simple 3D side scroller PC game with no mobile support.
So far I've made:
- Chair: 251 Faces / 494 Tris
- Table: 330 Faces / 646 Tris
- Bar counter: 570 Faces / 1.115 Tris
- Bar stool: 210 Faces / 396 Tris

    These days, the triangle count you aim for is entirely dependent on the art style you want. Performance wise I wouldn't worry about triangle count too much, shaders and effects are what really affect it.
