Zbrush 2020.1 installation problems.

I have installed the new update and all my zbrush files, ZPR, ZTL, etc ... lost the association to Zbrush. I can right-click and open the option to open this file with the desired software, but the files will adopt the ugly Zbrush icon instead of the native zpr or ztl .. etc.
Can please anyone help? I have been trying to fix this stupidity for 2 days. I can't find anyone in google having this same problem. I guess This happened because Zbrush sent me this windows defender message when the installation like not trusting zbrush. I am all genuine with zbrush and I read this is a common message.
I use windows 10.
I would appreciate any suggestion.
