Ok. Thanks, guys. I'm using Substance Painter for baking and Blender for modeling and unwrapping. The low poly topology is a mess, so it might be caused by that. I'll try to make all faces planar and unwrap everything again.
I think the issue isn't in the UV here; so unwrapping everything again won't solve it. As toedar23 said it's probably the face normal that are probably messed up.
