Hi everyone, here is my realtime character "The Geisha" based on a Radoslav Topalov concept.
The origin story of O-Ren Ishii in Kill Bill was a great inspiration for this.
I started this project to learn new techniques while making a complex hair style and clothing.
Head reference: Rila Fukushima, XYZ Workflow
I used Zbrush, MarvelousDesigner, Substance Painter, Maya, 3dsMax and all was rendered with Marmoset Toolbag

Yes I did a quick sculpt in the early days of this model but just to understand volumes and figure out the work to be done.
I laid out the Hair Cards directly on top of the head.
