This is going to be my progress thread for improving this animation. It has been done a while ago but and the body motion still needs a few tweaks but the plan is to add photoscanned shoes, clothing simulation, pants and hoody, and do something with the hands and head, a bit of improvement to the mesh haven't figured that one out yet. Let's see how that goes.

Here my first photoscan test attempt to recreate my worn skate shoe. This is after retopo and uv mapping in max with reprojected textures. Textures are straight from the photoscan so pretty rough. I'm not a fan of how the leather and the fabric turned out. I might do a high poly to bring out the stitches and the seams and bake it out.
For now, some pants tests are in progress, Please ignore the geometry clipping for now. slapped on some quick denim material but I'm probably gonna replace it with something more funky.
This looks more like a stiff jacket that a hoody. Will experiment more with MD's fabric presets.
