Feedback on some animation practice

Mainly just looking for feedback on improvement in my animations (im in school for animation and made this in roughly 8hours)
Edit: messed up the link so in the meantime while i figure out how to fix it
(to add onto this as well, my goal for this practice was better body mechanics as a whole from going to sit to jump to landing position, im trying to aim for more league of legends style animation)
