Pipeline Question - When to pose a model

Greetings everyone.

I'am working on a new model that is suposed to be in a real-time engine. Currently I am still working on the highpoly model and I am unsure how to best proceed once everything on the highpoly is in place. It's currently in A-pose and I don't know if I should pose it before retopo or if I should pose it only after the lowpoly model is ready. If after posing, the model needs to be resculpted, should I first resculpt the highpoly model and then make another retopo? Should I try to resculpt the lowpoly model directly?

I just wanted to clarify something. While this model sould be useable in a game engine, I am not going to rig it, I am just creating it for my portifolio.I just want it to be on a good pose to be used with marmoset.
