3d max stretched windows size (UI)

hello my friends
any body knows how to fix this problem?i have just setup my 3dmax and in this new setup all of my windows on 3dmax have been stretched in kind of weird weird thing...
does any boy know how to fix this problem?

What version of Max, and what OS? What's your display resolution? What is the display scaling set to in Windows? (Win10 = Settings > Ease of Access > Display)
