I made this one a while ago, right now i'm re working on him. But i decided to publish this iteration anyway, the concept is by my friend Onimetal.
Would love to have some feedbacks for the new version.

I think you could up the resolution of the textures a bit. The tentacles coming from the mouth are a bit odd, and the teeth look like he's had a top grade dental plan his entire life. I'd also render him in an environment, because this background isn't doing the image any favours. I do like the monster, looks super creepy!
