Use diffuse map as reflection in v-Ray Maya

Hi to everyone, i have a singular question.
I'm playing around with specular effects, i'm pretty newbe since now and i have this question.

I would like replace the "white" effect of the specular with a texture, not just change the color of the specular but put in a texture.
I explain better. I have a head, i want that an arabesque texture appears only in the area hit by light, with the same distribution of the highlight. It' is possibile had something like this?

I try to use a falloff map whit mix curve but i cannot obtain the same o nearly similar effect.

There is a way to do it? Someone use something like that?
