Tips from freelancers

I'm looking to understand more about freelancing and wondering if any freelancers or industry professionals have any tips that could be helpful for aspiring freelancers.

From anyone experiences does anyone have advice about using contracts in freelancing, any horror stories?

Additionally any advice on how you set your prices?

You guys would be better served by a professor who teaches how to search the web, forums, websites, wikis even.

We have all thought that too but it says in our assignment that we need to give evidence of contacting a freelancer first hand, thank you for the comment tho!
