Material IDs issues in Subtance painter

I'm still a student and i'm having problems when trying to bake material ids in subtance. I have an asset compound of multiple parts without attach. I select the whole asset an export it as low poly, and I do the same with high poly version. Both low and high have different materials for any part and in high also have different material for details I want in the low. The problem is that when I try to bake in substance it doesn't work as wanted. The uvs are ok and the cage is a copy of the low with a projection modifier.
