Hi all,
I have a question about Texel Density in Maya 2016. How do you exactly achieve correct texel density? I'm trying to incorporate this into my workflow now, and I want to ensure all mesh objects for my prop that I'm creating have the same consistent Texel Density. I've looked for a clear explanation on how to do this in Maya 2016 for some time, but I haven't found a good tutorial yet. Are there any specific tools or features in Maya 2016 that allow you to calculate this, and allow the UV's for all the mesh pieces to be consistent?
Thank you!
Kevin

You always can just eyeball it, just apply checker texture on your props and if squares is relatively same size, then it is good enough.
