[HELP] Substance painter texture exporting issue

does anyone know the cause of this issue it started happening randomly every time i export. restarting the software doesnt seem to help.

"randomly" and "every time"?

You mean it happens randomly but when it happens it ruins every export even if you restart?
Or do you mean it happens on random pieces but there reliable?

So restarting my whole computer helped fix the issue, but i would like to know an alternate fix for this or why it does this

It was happening on 1 shader set and the others were fine. It seems to just be random pieces. I think it may be GPU related i was running toolbag pretty while using substance. thats just my guess im not 100% sure

I've seen similar, it's almost certainly GPU related.

Try disabling the Hardware Acceleration option in the preferences under Sparse Virtual Textures.
