[Help]Texture and animate a robot face screen like.

Im currently involved in my last academic asigment, and i'm goona make a short about robots.

I'm currently using 3DSmax because that the software I know about, and blender for the hight poly pieces, and my teacher tell me about the "Material" modificator, so I can chose wich texture is active in the timeline but in a 30 fps animation, thats insane and time wasting, so if anyone could point me out ANY tutorial for render an actual animation made in AE into the texture so i could render that in Arnold, would be so nice that could make me cry.

The animation goes in the blue piece.
