Hi,
I have exported my 3d model form 3ds max into .obj . In 3do when, I am using transparent render mod this is happening.
Please help

You'll need to separate the component that's transparent as another mesh group (object within exported FBX/OBJ) and reload it into 3DO. The steps are covered in my
DDO tutorial.
CTRL+F to "once the project".

do i have to use separate material for transparent mesh in Unity 3D as well, because I am facing same problem in their too.

I would imagine you'd need a separate object with its own material in Unity as well for proper rendering of z-depth.
