Week 1:
 Took sometime figuring out what character/creature I wanted to recreate in my vision of how it would appear today. I went with Shiva. It's a challenging character and I am curious how far I can take it.

 Gathering references for my take on Shiva. I’ll rely heavily on the original concept art and shoot for a realistic version. Lots of aspects of the character to collect references for

I decided to pull away from the FFX Shiva facial features a bit and go with a look that makes me think of a Deity from India. Most of my time was spent speedsculpting a head and neck. I went ahead and retop'd the bust where it is. I know I'll be tweaking all the way up to deadline but I need a retop'd bust to start laying the hair on.
